Q. How Do I Register with the Hotel?
A. The easiest way is to call the hotel at (305) 865-8511. Make sure you ask for "In House Reservations" and tell
them you’re reserving for Florida Roundup 2010. You must be registered and have your confirmation Number in order
to reserve your room. If you are not registered with the Roundup your hotel reservation is subject to cancellation
Q. I found a cheaper rate on the web, should I book it?
A. Reservations made through any other method will not be subject to special discounts for Florida Roundup and
may be moved to other hotels in the event of overbooking. Also, the Roundup has a block that they must meet,
any room not booked as under our group, does not help us to achieve that goal. If we do not meet the goal, it could
cause future rates to be higher as we will have the lower the block quantity.
Q. Am I guaranteed my room selection?
A. The hotel does it's best to accommodate all requests. However, the hotel cannot guarantee that the type of room
you request will be available at the time you check in due to renovations and room repairs. The requests will be filled
on a first come first served basis
Q. Why am I being told there is a minimum stay for an ocean front room?
A. The hotel has reserved the right to impose this minimum. Should additional Ocean Front rooms, become available,
they will be offered as the event gets closer.

The hotel garage is still under construction so parking is limited. Please car pool or cab it if possible.
